Triphala vs Triphala Guggulu: what is the difference?

Triphala on its own is the three-fruit blend of Amla, Haritaki and Vibhitaki. Triphala Guggulu adds Guggulu, a resin Ayurveda values for cleansing and scraping the channels, and warming long pepper (Pippali). Athreya's Secure Gut also includes Guduchi, a classic supporting herb.
