This easy, three-ingredient dip — created by Vaidya Jay — blends goat yogurt, olives, and fresh chives to gently awaken metabolism, balance Kapha, and prepare the gut for the cooler season.

🥣 Ingredients

1 cup pitted olives (green or black, roughly chopped)

½ cup plain goat yogurt (unsweetened, preferably with live cultures)

2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

Optional for serving: daikon radish slices, roasted butternut or kabocha squash.
