Refund policy

Athreya Herbs is not responsible for any damage or defect caused after delivery.

Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

A purchased product may be returned after purchase only if it is sold or delivered in a damaged condition, contains missing items, and/or is not opened or used.

Damaged products delivered should be returned unsealed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund on the returned product will be made after the deduction of shipping charges & 10% restocking fee from the purchase amount.
