Jay’s Daily Routine: A Journey into Repetition, Ritual, and Radiance

People often ask me: What’s your routine?

Today, I’m unboxing the answer—Jay’s Daily Routine Box. This special offering is not just a collection of products; it’s a celebration of repetition and commitment, the keys to longevity.

Think about it:

The Earth goes around the Sun in repetition, and life blossoms.

The Moon orbits the Earth with soothing rhythm, and tides dance in harmony.

Ayurveda teaches us that health and vitality come from honoring this same principle: daily routines, known as Dinacharya. These habits, done with ease and consistency, help us thrive naturally.

Until now, people struggled to keep up with all the steps—they weren’t in one place. So we made it easy. This box contains everything you need to support your full daily ritual, inspired by the timeless rhythms of nature.

Let’s begin.

1. Tongue Scraper

We start with the copper tongue scraper. It’s one of the simplest and most powerful habits to adopt. With its smooth, rounded edges and clean copper design, it helps remove bacteria from the tongue, clears bad breath, sharpens taste perception, and even supports mental clarity. Copper itself is naturally antimicrobial—known to neutralize harmful pathogens including parasites and even bacteria like cholera.

2. Gum Powder

Next, I use what we call “Gunpowder”—a traditional blend of Ayurvedic herbs designed to support gum health. You massage it into the gums to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support overall oral hygiene. It’s particularly helpful for occasional gum irritation and to keep the foundation of the teeth strong and vital.

3. Swish Oil

Then comes oil pulling with our specially formulated Swish Oil. This is a powerful blend of sesame oil, clove, nutmeg, and other herbs that support oral health, stimulate the salivary glands, and nourish the enamel. It leaves your mouth clean and refreshed while also supporting the entire oral cavity—from the tongue to the mucus membranes.

4. Face Scrub

After oral care, I move to the skin. The face scrub is gentle and grounding, made with classical Ayurvedic ingredients that exfoliate the skin while toning and firming it at the same time. It prepares the face beautifully for the next step—the face oil.

5. Face Oil

This face oil is one of my favorite parts of the routine. Made with saffron and 18 traditional herbs, it’s deeply nourishing. You only need a few drops. It helps to brighten the complexion, balance skin tone, and support long-term skin health in a natural, vibrant way.

6. Nasya Oil

Then we move inward again with Nasya oil. Known as Anu Tailam in Ayurvedic texts, this is truly a game-changer. A few drops in each nostril opens the nasal passages, supports breath, and lubricates the delicate mucosa. I use it daily, especially when I travel—it helps me stay grounded and breathe clearly wherever I am.

7. Ear Oil

Ear care is another overlooked but powerful practice. A few drops of ear oil, gently smeared in, helps with dryness, keeps the ear canal healthy, and supports hearing and clarity. It’s subtle but deeply restorative.

Then comes the eyelash and eyebrow serum. The base is organic castor oil, blended with three classical oils that nourish and support the health of the eyes and lashes. It’s simple, soothing, and beautiful in its effect.

8. Eyebrow Serum

9. Hair Oil

Now we arrive at the crown of the routine: the scalp massage. I use Nili Bringadi Oil—an ancient formula known for its benefits to the scalp, hair, head, and neck. Massaging the scalp with this oil not only supports healthy hair, but also calms the mind and nervous system. It’s a moment of stillness and grounding every day.

10. Body Massage Oil

Finally, we come to the full-body massage oil: Mahanarayan Tailam. This is Ayurveda’s ultimate rejuvenating oil. You can apply it to joints, muscles, ligaments—even the face if you wish, though we already have a dedicated face oil. It helps improve flexibility, ease tension, and nourish the entire system. It’s one of the great anti-aging secrets of the Ayurvedic tradition.

These ten steps, done daily, are more than self-care—they’re an offering. A rhythm. A ritual. A way to return to yourself, every single day.
