My doctor recommended this for my perimenopause symptoms. At first I forgot and panicked buying something else thinking it’s all the same. I was wrong! The other stuff I bought had black cohosh in it which I believe was making me feel awful and gave me the worst headaches. I read reviews that other women experienced this as well so it was a relief when I read the ingredients for this and found there was no cohosh. I’ve been taking this now for 2 months and have had no weird side effects and it has been helping tremendously. Tbh at times I still get the night sweats and hot flashes but I know if I didn’t take this it would be much worse. Hopefully after 3 months I’ll see an even bigger change in my body. Overall I highly recommend Vital Women supplements!
