Warming, detoxifying, and gently stimulating, it’s especially ideal for Kapha types during the cool, heavy spring months. Made with seven powerful ingredients, this recipe is more than delicious—it’s balancing.
Ingredients

3 roots of fresh turmeric

3 inches of lemongrass (chopped)

½ lime, juiced

2 tbsp sesame seeds

½ tsp whole peppercorns

1 tbsp raw honey

Himalayan salt to taste

Water as needed for blending
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Pour in a bit of water to start.

Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to get your perfect consistency.

Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
