This item is gluten-free, soy-free, yeast-free, dairy-free, GMO-free, and preservative-free. It contains no animal by-products and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts. It is also a third-party laboratory tested for purity from heavy-metal levels.

• Use steam or a hot towel compressed on the face to loosen up the toxins. Tilt the head backward or support with a pillow at the back and apply 2-3 drops in each nostril to lubricate and inhale deeply, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

• Continue to lie down with the head tilted for 5 minutes, sit up, and spit out the mucus secretions. In the cold seasons, try to warm the oil slightly before application. For a better effect, use Anu Thailam nasal drops before showering. The best time to do nasya is in the morning.

This nasya oil is amazing. I tend to have excess kapha and this keeps my nose clear with no congestion or runny mucus when I use daily, especially alongside morning mantra practice.

About four months ago I also began applying this and the bala thailam (ear oil) for my son when I wake him. He enjoys the morning oiling and hasn’t had even a hint of a cold or flu since school began 3 months ago.

The nose oil has a bit of a spice to it, which prior nose oils I had did not. This slight burn is tolerable and I know it is more than worth the clarity that follows the ritual. It is not too much, as I said my son also enjoys the oil and never complains of the slight burn.

The first time I bought this, I got the small bottle. Now I only buy the big one as it is used daily in my house :)

I have been using this product to aid in my Depression and anxiety with absolute amazing results. The level of clarity and mind calming effects this has had on myself as well as my family is exciting. The decrease in seasonal mucus production is a huge plus as well. I have tried other brands in the past and have never been this satisfied. I have also had a decrease in headaches as well as brain fog. 10/10 recommendation on all of their products.

I love this stuff!

Using anu thailam has been so so helpful for me. My sinus are so much clearer, and it has become a really lovely part of my daily routine. My whole head feels healthier and more lubricated because of this - I even feel less dry during winter! Highly recommended.
