A 31-year-old male is navigating complex physical and emotional health challenges. 

Standing 6'2" and weighing 175 pounds, he’s been dealing with persistent skin cysts, irritation, and mental health struggles since undergoing an orchiectomy at age 23 due to testicular cancer.

His journey includes past substance use, disrupted sleep and eating cycles, and a lingering desire for balance and healing.

In this case discussion, we’ll look at how Ayurveda can support skin health, emotional wellbeing, and post-surgical recovery with a holistic approach.
