Shipping and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

At Athreya, your and your family’s health matters! We will gladly accept product returns meeting the required conditions within 30 days of shipping.

Return Conditions:

  1. Athreya Herbs is not responsible for any damage or defect caused after delivery
  2. Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy
  3. Products should be returned in the same condition in which it was received

To return the product, please email info@athreyaherbs.com, chat or over the phone at 323-909-2981. We will create a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please write this RMA# on the box label. We will use this RMA# to process your return.

Once the product is received back at our warehouse, we will process the return and take appropriate action up to and including refund on the returned product after deduction of shipping charges & a 10% restocking fee from the purchase amount.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Athreya Herbs, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details:

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time typically takes 24–48 hours after your order has been placed.

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • International Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS, with a typical delivery window of 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that our shipping times are estimates. Some orders may take longer to arrive due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processes, or public health restrictions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees based on the regulations of the recipient country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.

  • You can also track your order anytime by logging into Your Account on our website.

Changes & In-Transit Orders

  • Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be stopped, modified, rerouted, or expedited.

  • Address changes are not possible after dispatch. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

  • Athreya Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other unforeseen events once the package has left our facility.

  • If a shipment is delayed, marked as undeliverable, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, we will contact you with the next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but is not received, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management. Athreya Herbs cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
