Triphala Gritham


*Triphala Ghritham is a combination of three antioxidant-rich Ayurvedic fruits: Amalaki, Haritaki, and Vibhitaki. To prepare Triphala Ghritham the three fruits along with another fourteen other herbs are concocted with ghee (clarified butter). It is commonly used in the preparatory procedures for panchakarma.

*Benefits include maintaining good eye health, relieving burning sensation, relieves discomfort in the eye, rejuvenates the eyes, helps in calming mind, improve hair health, normalize bowel movements, rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Suggested Use: One teaspoon, one to two times a day, before food or as advised by your health practitioner.
