How Do We Make Ashthisanghar Powder?

Our Ayurveda experts prepare Ashthisanghar Powder using traditional Ayurvedic practices. We source the core ingredient from gardens along with other raw ingredients.

We grow Ashtisanghar in gravelly dry areas of Southern India to attain its most active principles. The maturity of its stem is essential for us to reach the desired outcome. If it is harvested too tender or ripe, that might decrease its natural potency and concentration.

Therefore, we at Athreya pay attention to the season and time so that the Ashtisanghar stem is mature and ready for harvest. After that, we ensure that it is dried in the shade. This plant is very hygroscopic and can absorb moisture quickly, which will again affect its potency. We take the utmost care by choosing cool and dry places, completely devoid of moisture, to retain its effectiveness.

We ensure the farmers we work with use effective cultivation and harvesting techniques for maximum preservation of the potent ingredients. We also make sure that no chemicals or pesticides are added to the formula at any step of the production process.

Our experts process the product in a traditional pharmacy setting. Handcrafting everything on our own, we prepare the powder in small batches to enhance the effectiveness of its bioactive ingredients.

While our experts source the ingredients from India, we process them within the USA. At Athreya Herbs, we aim to provide you with whole foods. Our herbal supplements also go through multiple quality tests before packaging and shipping. We go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive the purest, freshest, and most effective products that boost their health and overall well-being.

It’s only here that you’ll find Ayurvedic supplementation that helps enrich your body with strength, vitality, and optimal health.
