Ingredients: Turmeric (Haridra) Curcuma longa, Cow's Milk (Ksheera), Cow's Ghee (Ghrita), Sugar (Sharkara), Dry ginger (Shunti) Zingiber officinale, Pepper (Maricha) Piper nigrum, Long pepper (Pippali) Piper longum, Cinnamon tree (Twak) Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Bayleat (Patra) Cinnamomum tamala, Cardamom (Ela) Elettaria cardamomum, False black pepper (Vidanga) Embelia ribes, Three myrobalans (Triphala), Indian Jalap (Trivrit) Operculina turpethum, Cobras saffron (Nagakeshara) Mesua ferra, Nut grass (Musta) Cyperus rotundus, Calx of Iron (Loha bhasma).

• Take 1/2-1 teaspoon followed by warm water/milk twice daily, or as recommended by your health practitioner.
